What Is This Tool?
The BB10 Qualcomm NV Tool is a command-line utility designed for BlackBerry 10 devices powered by Qualcomm processors. It gives you direct access to read, write, back up, and restore modem NV items, IMS parameters, and files inside the Embedded File System (EFS). How to Use Basic Command Syntax
./qc_nv_tool <command> <id/path> [value] [-f <file>]
Available Commands
- read / write: Read or write standard Qualcomm NV memory items.
- iread / iwrite: Read or write IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) parameters.
- fread / fwrite: Read or write directly to files in modem EFS storage.
- backup: Dumps all NV items from your phone into a target folder.
- restore: Flashes all .nv files from a target folder back into the modem memory.
